Quality Assurance Specialist

Neuhaus is the inventor of the Belgian praline and their story began in 1857, when Jean Neuhaus opened his first boutique in Brussels. Nowadays their pralines are sold in more than 500 shops in 50 countries. Quality and customer experience are central for this company, driven by innovation and taste. To strengthen the Quality Team, they are hiring a Quality Assurance Specialist.

You ensure that processes are in line with customer and industry standards

• You own and drive the implementation and maintenance of specific topics within the Food Safety Management System, thereby using your expertise in HACCP, PRPs and GFSI standards.
• You give guidance and support day-to-day operational questions related to quality control and quality assurance.
• You contribute to process optimalisations whilst managing change on different levels of the organisation.
• You conduct internal audits, report non-conformances and implement corrective actions. You also help in preparing external audits.
• You report to the Quality Manager.

Quality facilitator with a passion for food production

Job requirements

• Bachelor or Master degree in Food Technology, Engineering, (Micro)Biology, Chemistry or related areas.
• You can look back on some years of experience in a similar position.
• You speak French and English, Dutch is a plus.
• You can work with MS Office (Excel).
